Elle France May 2010 + Vampire Weekend 'Mansard Roof' @ 1:57 PM

Just because you love someone doesnt mean you have to be involved with them. Love is not a bandage to cover wounds - Hugh Elliott

Elle France
May 2010
Erin Heatherton
Unfortunately, the first outfit was about the only one I liked from this spread. That brown top? Ridiculously unflattering. The skirt would be cute if I could actually see the rest of it.

The jumper has potential and so does the cropped jacket, but together? Not so much. The only reason I kept this photo is because Erin Heatherton looks like a freaking Barbie Doll in it. Gorgeous.

70's should never come back into style. No. Erin, I can see your cameltoe.
The loose fitted blazer is nice, but the pants and wrist ornament? 'H' to the 'ell no.

As always, click on the above link to download. Change xx to tt.

To be completely honest, I rebelled against Vampire Weekend when I first heard of them. Their aesthetic seemed like Hipster Paradise, and hell, I already shop at Urban Outfitters, I don't need to listen to their music also.

But this ended up on a mix a friend gave me and I didn't look at the artist and just grooved to the song and found out I really liked it.

So, *sigh*, fine Vampire Weekend. You've got a (reluctant) fan in me.

Not the official video but an opportunity for you to listen to the song first to decide if you want to download it.
