Because this spread showcases pole dancing, I thought I'd share one of my favorite pole dancing performances. Her name is Felix and she's pretty much the best pole dancer ever.
Many people think pole dancing is this dirty stripper thing and I know a lot of people who look down on it. Well, why don't you try to get on it and do some of the moves and then come back and give me the side eye. To be a good pole dancer requires a ridiculous amount of strength and coordination. It's basically gymnastics on a slippery pole. The lady pole dancers I know? I look up to them.
Fun fact: The Olympic board was actually considering having pole dancing as a sport. However the main concern was the dress. Because pole dancing requires skimpy clothing (you need skin on pole contact in order to not slide off the pole, and many moves require inner thighs, stomach and underarms), it was a concern about whether it was family friendly.
Anyways, let's get on it with:

In keeping with the theme, I wanted to share my favorite pole dancing song. By pole dancing song, I mean the best song to pole dance to, or at least the song I want to dance to when I learn enough moves to actually last 3 minutes.
