Exposed Underwear

Well, Chloe Sevigny has always been a bit of a fashion rebel.

This seems to be a Winter 2009 fashion trend that I've seen multiple times on the runways and on magazine editorials.

But.

Why?

Well, it's fashion. I can support it on the runway, I can support it in Vogue, I can't support it on the streets. I would never have the guts to stroll down NYC wearing a shirt unbuttoned all the way to show off my bra.
