This is such a sad story to me. Made even sadder when I went to visit her blog. The day before she hung herself, she wrote an entry talking about how she would make a perfect wife. Her blog entries were funny, self-deprecating, sad, happy.

Depression scares the shit out of me. It's something that can be so up and down, something that can affect the people around us and something that we sometimes never know about. This is also something that seems to be very prominent in Korean media and culture. I can name 3 Korean celebrity suicides in the past year or two. I've read a bit about suicide culture in Asian countries and in some places it used to be considered an honour to do it.

In reality, it just makes me sad. And brings up all the questions of What if?

Either way, I just wanted to say. . .

RIP Kim Daul. You were an amazing model, smart and all around cool chick.
